2. Newsletter

• Data: email address, time and fact of subscription.
• Purpose: sending wellness-related information and newsletters.
• Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Processor: MailerLite Limited (Ireland).
• Retention: until consent is withdrawn. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

3. Frekvencia Assistant (AI chat)

• Data: the messages you send and, if you voluntarily provide them, your name, email address, phone number and topic of interest.
• Purpose: answering your questions and, on request, subscribing you or following up.
• Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest in operating the service.
• Processors: a large language model provider generates the answers; data is stored in a secure EU-based cloud database.
• Retention: max. 24 months, or until you request deletion.

Please do not share health data or other special category personal data in the chat.

4. Email contact

If you email us, the data contained in your message is processed to reply to you, based on legitimate interest, for 12 months after the correspondence ends.

5. Cookies and technical data

The website uses strictly necessary technical storage (e.g. session, language selection, one-time display of the popup stored in your browser). These do not identify you personally and can be cleared in your browser settings at any time.
